Mill House Select Prefinished

Our Mill House Select series is our premiere distressed flooring that comes both unfinished and prefinished.  We use a special technique that consumes the softer grain in the wood, which creates a weathered look and makes the flooring harder and more scratch resistant. After we give the wood it's weathered look, we continue to distress it by hand by utilizing various methods that create worm holes, saw marks, and plugs. We then sand the distressed flooring so that it smooth to touch and feels great on bare feet.  The flooring is finished with our hand rubbed oil finish.  This method gives the look of reclaimed heart pine at a fraction of the cost.
